I had the product code but I couldn't activate it because it was an upgrade and couldn't see any other office in my system. On this site there is a phone no that I called. I have had to re-install all programmes on my pc after rectification of fault. Couldn't find my installation discs for Microsoft Office Home and Business so I downloaded from Microsoft site but when I try to set up it is asking for a 25 digit Product Key. The one I have only has 20 digits.
